Welcome! To ensure we have full clarity on your hair goals before you arrive, all new client requests follow a simple two-step confirmation process:

1. Text Consult: After you request a time, your stylist will text you directly to review your hair history, desired results, and service specifics.
2. Deposit: Your stylist will share the required deposit amount during your text conversation and guide you on how to submit it.

Please note: Your reservation remains pending until both the text consultation and deposit are complete. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your service total or used as a cancellation fee. This policy applies to all online and in-person consultations bookings for first-time clients.
